Refund Policy
We stand behind our product 100%, but if you have an issue that breaks your site or makes your site unstable, we will be happy to consider offering a refund subject to the following:
- You are within the first 30 days of the original purchase date of the plugin and will be offered minus the payment processor fees (approximately 3 to 4 percent) which is not refundable to us.
- We offer a free trial period for WooCommerce – QuickBooks assistant and NP WooCommerce Cart & Quote to PDF. You can cancel anytime prior to the trial period end without any charge. We do not offer any refund for products with a free trial. We don’t require a credit card for the trial.
- We offer a free version for Plus. Please try the free version to check compatibility before purchasing.
- Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion and must meet the following conditions:
- Your issue(s) comes from not being able to install the plugin properly.
- You have attempted to resolve your issue(s) with our support team.
- Issues caused by 3rd party plugins, themes or other software will not provide grounds for a refund. We do not promise that our plugins are compatible with any other 3rd party plugin. We do however offer a free version for Plus and a trial period for QuickBooks Assistant. Please try the free version of Plus to check compatibility before purchasing.
- We do not provide refunds after a renewal. We do send renewal notices prior to the renewal date. Please cancel your subscription prior to renewal. You can cancel your subscription anytime after the original purchase. Expired subscription terminates your eligibility for any functionality, automatic updates or support for the plugin.
- Stripe Payment processor fees (Stripe) is not refundable (usually a few dollars for our products).
By purchasing plugin(s) from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions.
Plugins sold and distributed by Neah Consulting are done so in the hope that they will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Subscriptions are valid for one year from the date of purchase. At the end of each year, if you have not canceled your subscription, your subscription will automatically renew, and you will be charged the purchase price at the time you purchased your Subscription. You may cancel automatic renewal at neahplugins.com. Expired subscription terminates your eligibility for any functionality, automatic updates or support for the plugin.
Support
Neah Consulting sells plugins “as is” and with no implied warranty. We don’t guarantee that they will function exactly as you would like, or that they will be compatible with all third-party components and plugins. Support for plugins is only available for those who have an active, paid extension license.
Support and updates are granted for one year. The purchaser must renew their license at the end of the year in order to continue receiving support and updates.
A single license will enable you to uninstall and install the plugin on different sites and receive updates, but we only provide trouble shooting and setup support on one site per license. The three pack license entitles you to set up support on three sites.
We will attempt to provide the best support possible. We do not however guarantee that a particular support request will be answered to the complete expectation.
Neah Consulting will no longer provide support for any products that you have purchased if product is discontinued by Neah Consulting.
Neah Consulting also will no longer provide support for any products, if Neah Consulting is bought out by another company or WooCommerce is no longer actively developed.
Warranty
Plugins sold and distributed by Neah Consulting are done so in the hope that they will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Neah Consulting products are guaranteed to function on a basic standard version of WordPress and WooCommerce. We do not guarantee that the plugin will function with all third-party plugins or themes. We will not be held liable or responsible for conflicts or incompatibility with other third-party software. We assume no responsibility or liability for any data loss as a result of installing and/or using Neah Consulting products. We may provide technical support, at our discretion, in case of incompatibility with other third party plugins and themes. Support and updates are granted for one year after the original purchase based on the license you have purchased. After one year is completed, license must be renewed in order to continue receiving support and updates. Our purchases include automatically renewing subscription which you can cancel at anytime before renewal. Expired subscription terminates your eligibility for any functionality, automatic updates or support for the plugin.
Delivery
After we have completed your purchase, you will receive an email with your license key and a link to download your plugin. You can also download the plugin by logging into your account on http://www.neahplugins.com. If you don’t not receive an email regarding your order, you can contact us through contact@neahplugins.com.
Ownership
All plugins are property of and copy righted Neah Consulting. Neah Consulting retains all intellectual and exclusive ownership rights to our products.
Our plugins are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur due to the use or inability to use our plugins.

All content found on this site and throughout the plugin is property of Neah Consulting and may not be redistributed without permission or consent.
Price Changes
Neah Consulting reserves the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade a plugin subscription and/or license key without prior notice or consent. Prices of all products are subject to change without prior notice or consent. Expired subscription terminates your eligibility for any functionality, automatic updates or support for the plugin.
Emails
Neah Consulting may send you emails related to your purchase. We will never sell or release your email to any third party vendors. You you can request to not receive our emails by sending us an email.
License Agreement
By purchasing our product(s), you indicate and consent that you have read and agree to the Refund policy and Terms listed and detailed on this page. We reserve the right to change or modify the current Terms and Conditions without prior notice or consent.
Severability
If any part of this agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, all remaining clauses in this agreement shall remain binding on the customer.
Dispute resolution
In the event of any dispute between you and Neah Consulting, you agree to binding arbitration prior to and in lieu of the commencement of any legal action by an arbitrator and by procedures agreed to by you and us or, if we cannot agree, by three arbitrators approved by the American Arbitration Association according to the procedures set forth thereby. You agree that in any dispute, the laws of the State of Tennessee shall apply, including application of its laws concerning conflicts of laws. In the event that any legal action should commence, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Circuit Court of Hamilton County, Tennessee, personally and otherwise, and you agree that Hamilton County, Tennessee, is an appropriate and convenient venue.
Further, you hereby expressly waive any right to proceed in any dispute resolution process, whether in arbitration or court or elsewhere, in any capacity other than individually; this means you give up any right to sue as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
You further agree that in any dispute, if Neah Consulting, prevails we shall be entitled to recover from you the expenses of the dispute resolution, including the cost of arbitration, any court costs, and reasonable attorney’s fees.
You agree that in any dispute, your sole and entire remedy is a refund of your purchase. Our liability shall be limited to the amount of your purchase, and under no circumstances whatsoever shall Neah Consulting, or any of its staff or agents, be held liable for any amount, however designated or calculated, that exceeds the dollar value of your combined purchases from Neah Consulting.
Intellectual property
If you redistribute the Software in accordance with the GPL, you agree that you are required to preserve attribution within the Software to Neah Consulting, and its agents and staff, wherever apparent, and you are prohibited from misrepresenting the origin of the Software. You are further required to maintain any and all legal notices, included but not limited to trademark or copyright notices, that appear on the Software.
If you make material modifications to the Software, you are further required to mark your software in such a manner that a reasonable user of the modified software would appreciate that it is a modified version of the Software.
If you redistribute the Software, modified or otherwise, you agree to indemnify, defend, save, and hold harmless us and our agents and staff and to assume all liability for any harm resulting from the Software, any modification, and your conveyance.
You are prohibited from using the Software, Neah Consulting, or the names or likenesses of its agents or staff for any publicity purposes unless you obtain our express written permission.
All rights to our trademarks, trade names, service marks, and copyrighted materials are expressly reserved. You may not copy, distribute, or otherwise infringe upon our intellectual property without our express written permission.
End of life
In the event that the Software is discontinued; Neah Consulting, ceases to operate or to exist; or WordPress or other Dependencies are discontinued or cease to operate or to exist, then you agree to waive any and all claims, rights, and choses in action arising out of this Agreement or otherwise available to you at law, equity, or otherwise. You agree that we shall have no liability and no obligation to perform pursuant to this Agreement in the event of any Event of Force Majeure upon notice to you.
Assistance of counsel
Both you and we have had ample time and opportunity to retain the advice of counsel and review this Agreement with our respective counsel. Prior to entering this Agreement, you and we have also had ample time and opportunity to communicate in order to negotiate and amend the terms of this Agreement to each of our benefits. You and we agree therefore that in any instance in which this Agreement may be construed by a tribunal, the Agreement shall not be construed against a party by virtue of that party’s authorship or whether that party chose to retain counsel.
Entire agreement
The preceding Agreement governs all the sales by Neah Consulting, its extensions, and all Software. It constitutes the entire agreement between you and us, superseding any prior, other, or different agreements or negotiations between you and us. The Terms and Conditions herein are continuing in nature and may be altered or amended by us at any time for any reason or for no reason and with or without notice. By placing an order with us you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of this agreement, including as they may be amended, and agree to be bound thereby.
