If this is related to a plugin you are already using, please provide the following information. We really need the following information and unfortunately most likely will not be able to adequately answer your questions without at least 1 & 2 below:
- Please include the plugin setttings. A screenshot would be great. Generally we always need the settings to answer or solve the problem.
- Please specify if you are using the free version and / or the paid version.
- The version numbers of WordPress and WooCommerce, PHP and our plugin.
- If possible include the URL of the website in question that can help us to research and test and provide faster support. It would be great if you can provide a copy/paste version of the error message or a link to a screenshot.
